Neha began her professional journey as a board-certified respiratory therapist, where her passion for patient care first took root. Over time, her curiosity and strategic mindset led her to transition into the operational and business side of healthcare, where she quickly made her mark. With more than 25 years of experience spanning pharmaceutical marketing, mergers and acquisitions, and executive operations, Neha has become a powerhouse in navigating the complex intersection of science, compliance, and business strategy.
One of her most impactful roles was in a family-owned pharmaceutical firm, where she spearheaded a transformative expansion—tripling the manufacturing footprint, boosting revenue, and driving organic R&D growth. Her deep expertise in the procurement of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and her nuanced understanding of the industry’s global supply chain dynamics have been pivotal in ensuring quality, consistency, and regulatory alignment. She brings a meticulous approach to sourcing and vendor negotiations, aligning each decision with the rigorous standards of FDA, DEA, DEC, and EPA regulations.
